Just steps from the biking/jogging lane on Ocean Blvd. Daddy O restaurant/takeout/bar and St. Francis church and pool are within walking distance, while Beach Haven's shopping, amusement park, and water park are a short drive. Cute beach block (9 houses from beach) 2nd floor apt that is just one block over to doggy beach/ 4x4 drive on beach (permit needed) which is at the beginning of the three-mile North Beach nature preserve. Just simply beautiful and peaceful! It feels like you are on a deserted island. Let's not forget its only 10 mins away from the excitement of Atlantic City which has some of the best restaurants, casinos and nightlight in the world!

Welcome to 4oh9! A renovated duplex within a short walking distance to downtown on a beautiful tree lined street with homes dating back to the 1800’s. The duplex is located on an important avenue that connects major highways from New York to Philadelphia & Atlantic City. The downstairs unit is where you’ll be staying. It has a one bedroom with full bath, full kitchen & 1/2 bath with a full sized living room & sofa bed. We want 409 to be your comfortable, cozy getaway!
