Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Relax in this cozy 2-bedrooms/1.5-bathrooms house. Each bedroom has a TV and A/C unit. Another A/C unit is located in the living room. One bedroom has a Queen bed and a designated working area. The other bedroom has two Twin beds. Watch your favorite movies in the living room or have some drinks in the screened back porch overlooking the nice fenced backyard. A fully stocked kitchen and a grill will make you feel at home. Dogs are welcome, but read the rules before booking.

Private bungalow on the Cotee River with a dock. Boat, bicycle and golf cart rentals are close. Located 3/4 mi from the open Gulf. The interior has a tiki hut feel, with bamboo throughout. 3 bbq's-gas, charcoal or smoker, fire pit and a picnic table overlooking the river. Tiki bar/restaurants within .5 mi. It's fun to kayak to them. 1 mile to downtown NPR has several new restaurants and bars. Beach chairs and beach towels are available. Free use of kayaks.

The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, and a kitchen with appliances. The whole house is decorated with a beach/island style so that our guests feel in a fresh and funky environment.
