A little slice of heaven! If you are looking for a nice, quiet, country getaway, this is the place for you! Our home is on 25 acres with a private pool overlooking a beautiful view, 10 miles south of Batesville. 5 miles south of Southside which has Harps grocery, Dollar General, Sonic, coffee and donut shops, gas station, & steak/Mexican/BBQ restaurants. We have a game room with a pool table and tv for entertainment. The pool is not heated and will be closed/locked Oct 1st through mid-May.

WALK to Batesville’s Community & Aquatic Center or Riverside Park using the trail system adjacent to the home. Within a 1-1.5 mile radius of the home you can visit everything Batesville has to offer- shopping, eateries, movie theater, library, Lyon College & historic downtown. Parking for 5.
