Entering the condo through the French patio doors, stylish and contemporary furnishings greet you in the living room. With ample seating, it is the ideal place to rest and unwind. The plush velvet couch is the perfect spot to watch your favorite TV shows or a movie on the flat screen TV. Additionally, access high-speed wireless Internet throughout the condo for business or pleasure. My home comfortably sleeps four as the couch easily folds out to a queen size mattress. The kitchen has top of the line finishes with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure. It’s easy to stock your fridge with healthy snacks at the Whole Foods just 3 blocks away. Back through the living room is the private one bedroom master suite. Enjoy a great night’s sleep on the comfy queen-size bed with fresh white linens. The closet is spacious and has a handy built-in dresser, containing extra amenities, towels and linens. The en-suite bathroom has high-end features- a large white porcelain sink, extra makeup vanity and rainfall shower lend a luxurious feel. There’s 1 reserved parking spot for you at the condo complex. Additional guest parking is also available on site. A unique individual code will be provided to each guest to access the secured front door. The apartment is set on a quiet street in the downtown area of Clarksville, one block away from the shops and restaurants of West 6th Street. Also nearby are riverside parks and venues hosting Austin City Limits and SXSW festival events. Uber and Lyft are available, as well as other great alternatives such as Fasten and Austin Ride Share that can pick you up in minutes. If you don't want to rent a car or go by foot, zipCar and Car2Go are vehicle sharing services that have multiple locations around town.
