Originally designed as an art studio, and later repurposed as a bnb, this unique sanctuary is set amongst rainforest gardens, with a gentle water feature, mosaic amphitheatre, fire pit and patio area. The stained glass windows speak of times gone by - reflecting the golden afternoon light that comes streaming through the coloured glass. Please be aware that this property is on a slope and there are steps, so it is not suitable for elderly.

Blue Seas is a peaceful, unique place to stay overlooking Avoca Beach. There are two balconies for you to overlook South Avoca, the Greek Villa sleeps upto 4 people - 1 Queen and 1 Double fold out sofa Bed, 1 bathroom. It is a short walk down to the beach, south Avoca Flags, down to cafes, Cinema and restaurants.
