Esta moradia é uma casa restaurada, situada num dos bairros tipicos do centro da cidade de aveiro. Encontra-se a cerca de 200 metros do canal da cidade onde poderá avistar os moliceiros. Na zona podem se encontrar a grande maioria dos serviços visto que a casa se encontra muito central. Ótimo para descansar, passar bons momentos e passear a pé pelo centro da cidade.
