Seafront penthouse

Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

You will wake, eat, live, sleep, dream on the beach! Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Shopping, restaurants, and bars are easily accesible on foot but we also provide free parking. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and with strong Wi-Fi in all rooms and can host up to seven guests in comfort and style.
