This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.

Magnífica ubicación a 10 metros de la playa, a 5 minutos a pie del centro urbano y a 15 del castillo (en lo alto de la colina). Apartamento muy luminoso, totalmente renovado, consta de 2 dormitorios, un baño, cocina completamente equipada y salón comedor. Dos terrazas una de ellas frontal al mar. El apartamento también dispone de piscina comunitaria, cancha de tenis y plaza de garaje cubierta. Aire acondicionado.
