Η βίλα δημιουργήθηκε με αγάπη, χρησιμοποιώντας τα καλύτερα ευρωπαϊκά υλικά κατασκευής και φινιρίσματα για να δημιουργήσει ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι σε βενετσιάνικο στιλ, με μια εκπληκτική πισίνα υπερχείλισης και τζακούζι με θέα στη θάλασσα. Μπροστά από το σαλόνι και την τραπεζαρία υπάρχει μια μεγάλη πισίνα υπερχείλισης, ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες – όλα με θέα στη θάλασσα. Ένα ιδιωτικό τζακούζι με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα ολοκληρώνει τον εξωτερικό χώρο. Το κύριο επίπεδο διαθέτει επίσης ένα από τα δύο κύρια υπνοδωμάτια, συμπεριλαμβανομένου ενός πολυτελούς μπάνιου που περιέχει μια εκπληκτική μαρμάρινη μπανιέρα ελεύθερης τοποθέτησης Apaiser και μεγάλου μεγέθους ντους με πλακάκια.
