The ground floor hosts a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a WC. The veranda features an outdoor furnished area, under the pergola, with sea view. The first floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There is also a balcony with an eye-catching sea view. In the semi-basement there are two more bedrooms, a second kitchen, a hall and a bathroom. The access to the semi-basement is possible both with an external and an internal staircase.

Πρόκειται για παλιό πέτρινο διώροφο "σκαλαριό" - κεραμοποιείο - πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο, μέσα σε κτήμα τριών περιπου δενδροφυτευμένων στρεμμάτων, κοντά στη Χώρα.
