Enjoy your stay in this cozy apartment above our garage. The space is tucked away in the woods off Rabbit Creek with a private entrance and parking. This beautiful apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, an office space, internet and washer/dryer. It sleeps 4 comfortably and can fit 6 if you want to be very cozy. Grocery stores and restaurants are within a few minutes drive. We are within 10 minutes of Flat Top and other hiking spots and Hill Top Ski Area. We are 20 minutes from downtown.

Forest Floor Guesthouse

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Anchorage Family Guesthouse

Our guest space is a 2 BR in-law unit on the downstairs level of our beautiful Alaskan log home. About 20 mins from the Anchorage airport, we are located on the Anchorage Hillside, known for its scenery, great hiking trails (including Flattop Mountain), and fabulous mountain and inlet views. We are minutes from the Old Seward Highway South-bound exit that leads to some of Alaska's best-known tourist hot spots including Girdwood, Seward, and Kenai Peninsula. Family friendly, we welcome children.

Our guest house is 1,000 sq. ft private unit with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The property is located near Campbell Lake, 5 minutes away from Campbell Creek trail and from Kincaid Park. We are 8 minutes away from Anchorage International Airport, close to nature, trails, and wildlife. We hope to be your connection to the best local restaurants and shopping, art and music, fun and adventures. Our goal is to help you experience Anchorage and Alaska in the best possible way!

Perfect private guest suite on first floor of our home. We live upstairs and you can hear us, and may bump into us as the main entrance is shared. We are super friendly and stay pretty incognito. The suite is private and closed off from rest of house. It’s a 2BR, 1BA, and a small kitchenette including a microwave, plug-in hot pad, mini fridge and sink. Access to the laundry room and parking. You're a 20-minute drive from downtown Anchorage, and near nature. Bonus we have an very nice dog.🐶
