A refurbished cottage dating back to Victorian times within a small group of rural properties, opposite picturesque St. Barnabas Church Setmurthy; enjoying beautiful Lakeland views towards the Skiddaw Massif & Binsey. The property is just a short walk from the Lakes Distillery. Fishing, available at nearby Bassenthwaite Lake. TAN HOWE DYKE features landscaped garden and patio.

Overlooking the Solway Firth with uninterrupted views of the the sea and the Scottish hills beyond, this delightful cottage is over 200 years old with 24" thick walls, originally a fishermen's cottage. Small and compact but full of character and charm, with an open fire - an ideal couples and/or walkers retreat. There is a local village store and there are also pubs and several eating places in the village. An ideal location to explore Western Cumbria.

Newcroft Shepherd’s Hut

Beautiful new bespoke Shepherds Hut, situated in an iydillic, peaceful location with views over the Solway Firth & Criffel. The Hut is equipped with everything needed to ensure an amazing, memorable stay in luxurious accommodation with heating, comfy sofa, fire and TV. There is an additional outside seating area, please ask in advance if the BBQ is required. There is Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Milk provided in the Shepherds Hut. Sorry, no children.

A quiet peaceful getaway place with fell views and 15 minute walk from Allonby beach. On site facilities include a children's playground, laundry room, shop, Pub including entertainment which also serves food to eat in or take away. Sorry but we dont have WIFI. TV facilities including DVD player and an extensive list of movies, games and books for when it actually rains in Cumbria !! And Oh does it !! Child and pet friendly site,
