Compact lakeside studio with private balcony

Enjoy a bright and compact studio located just steps from Lake Geneva and the lakeside promenade. Although the studio is small, it is thoughtfully arranged and offers everything needed for a practical and comfortable stay. One of the studio’s main features is its private balcony overlooking the lake. The lake can be seen through the surrounding tree branches, so the view is partial rather than panoramic or completely unobstructed. The balcony provides a pleasant private outdoor space where guests can relax and enjoy the lakeside atmosphere. The studio has an open-plan layout with a sleeping area, a compact living space, a private bathroom and the essential facilities required for a short stay. There is no washing machine or dryer inside the studio. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is located one floor below the studio. The building is surrounded by greenery and offers direct access to the lakeside promenade. Lake Geneva is approximately 20–30 metres away. Nearby, guests will find a small public beach area, benches, picnic spots, a children’s playground, table tennis and tennis courts. A restaurant is located on the ground floor of the building. The nearby Bon Port landing is served by boats travelling across Lake Geneva according to the seasonal timetable. Central Montreux can be reached in approximately 10 minutes on foot along the scenic lakeside promenade. A trolleybus stop is also located only a short walk from the building. Please note that grocery shops and most everyday services are located closer to central Montreux rather than immediately beside the property. Limited public parking is available near the building. A parking disc and compliance with local time restrictions may be required during the day. Parking spaces are public and cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Please note that the railway line runs behind the building, and passing trains can be heard. The lakeside area is popular with local residents and may become lively, particularly during warmer weather, weekends and city events. Access to the building’s main entrance requires climbing an outdoor staircase approximately equivalent to one floor. There is no elevator in the building. The accommodation may therefore not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or those travelling with heavy luggage or a large stroller. This studio is best suited to guests looking for a compact and practical place to stay with a private balcony, immediate access to the lake and an attractive waterfront walk to central Montreux.

La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.

La Grappe is a home located in a peaceful neighborhood in Villeneuve. It's a 5 minute walk away from the Lake of Geneva, a short walk to the train station (10 minutes) and nestled between the mountains and the lake. A great place to stay as a hub to visit the rest of Switzerland, or simply to rest and relax. This property is unfortunately not suitable for young children and infants. No pets allowed.
