Villa Amalaya..

Η βίλα Αμαλάγια πήρε το όνομά της από την τοπική ρήση "amalaya", που σημαίνει παρθένος, πολλά υποσχόμενος θαλάσσιος τόπος που δεν έχει αλιευθεί εδώ και πολύ καιρό. Βρίσκεται στα Φλαμπούρια ή τη Φλαμπουριανή (σύμφωνα με τους ντόπιους), που είναι ένα παραθαλάσσιο χωριό στη δυτική ακτογραμμή της Κύθνου που εκτείνεται κατά μήκος ενός γραφικού κόλπου. Τα κρινα στις παραλιες που ανθιζουν τον 15αυγουστο συμβολιζουν τα δακρυα της παναγιας που ανθισαν, και οδηγουν στην παναγια την Φλαμπουριανη..
