Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. This beautiful villa is in an exclusive development has stunning views of the sea. The villa has its own private entrance and swimming pool (the pool is 10 meters by 5 meters). There is a covered barbeque area, a large terraced area, there are six sun loungers and another table and chairs next to the pool, where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. Each bedroom has its own balcony and air conditioning. The villa is a short walk away from the sea and a secluded bay.

If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). Unique location by the sea close to everything: the iconic Poseidonion Hotel, the island centre, two open-air cinemas, the market, restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches,everything in walking distance and with the best views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. 4 bedrooms, that sleep 8-10 people, all with their own bathroom, various outdoors terraces, nice spacious bright kitchen.

The house is built of stone in the traditional way by traditional craftsmen in the 70's, with an internal space of 70sqm. It is spacious with a comfortable bedroom, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. There is a large terrace on the front with an ammazing view and a back yard with a small garden. It was my mother's vacation and inspiration home. It is furnished with the original furniture and I keep it so simple because it creates a sense of space and tranquility.
