River House 97 je luksuzno opremljena dvospratna kuca,gdje se nalazi sa desne strane rijeke Bojane,400m od mosta.Kuca je opremljena sa svim dodatnim inventarom, gdje u prizemlju u dnevni boravak ima TV sa 200 kanala,wi-fi,kuhinja sa trepezarijom,sporetom, friziderom,rostil,toster,kupatilo sa ves masinom, peglom,terasom sa 60m2 i dodatnom mini kuhinjom,sa trepezarijom i ljezajkama. U gornjem spratu ima dve spavace sobe,kupatilo i terasa sa prelijepim pogledom .Kuca raspolaze sa 3 parking mjesta.

Southern Breeze Cabin

Southern Breeze is a cozy wooden cabin located on Island Ada Bojana. The island is at the delta of the Bojana river where it meets Adriatic sea. The cabin was built with a connection to nature for nature lovers to enjoy an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Relax by the water and enjoy the beautiful scenery Bojana River has to offer. You can spend your days swimming and sunbathing on the lovely terrace (24 m2). Fishing rods available if you would like to catch your own lunch:)

SANA Olive Cabin

Peaceful environment surrounded with a lot of 60 year old olive trees in the middle of the city close to all services you need. This is a new cabin finished in March 2022. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. Your perfect getaway vacation just waiting for you in our cabin, nothing like immersing yourself in nature.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Hakuna Matata 2 luxury spacious oasis on the river

Imagine waking up every morning and jumping from your terrace into the river which leads directly into the Adriatic Sea. That’s how we do it on our beautiful Ada Bojana, one of the most popular tourist places in Montenegro. Hakuna Matata II is luxuriously equipped two-story apartment located on Ada Bojana island, 150 meters downstream from the bridge. Best restaurants are 1 minute walking from the house, beach is 1 km away from it and you do not have to drive on a dust road at all.

Just a short drive from Ulcinj Old Town and Velika Plaža (Long beach), it's a hidden gem for nature lovers. Seasonal private pool available June–September, daily from 08:00 to 22:00.

This thoughtfully designed cabin is ideal for a family vacation for up to 6 people. It has a large terrace over the Bojana river which is a perfect resting place, lounge, dining space or whatever you can imagine.
