The orientation is east and is located in the quiet part of town, surrounded by residential buildings. From the center it is 10-15 minutes walk away, a pleasant walk along the road, or a 5 minute car ride. City beaches are 10 minutes away on foot, or 4-5 minutes by car (Bacvice, Firule, Žnjan). Public parking near the apartments is free of charge. The city bus station is 100m away. In the neighborhood there are ATMs, bakers, shops, laundry facilities, pizzeria, café with terrace. Apartment has it's own acces, and a paved yard in a front. I live nearby, so I'm availible when needed. The apartment is on the ground floor of a residential building. The city center it is a 20-minute walk away or 5 minutes by car. Walk to city beaches in a few minutes. Free public parking is available nearby. Your accomodation includes garden with jacuzzi and playground for kids, terrace with grill and parking space reserved only for you. We are situated in Podstrana, behind popular hotel-resort Le Meridian Lav, 4 minutes(150 m) to the beach (shortcut without crossing the road only with stairs). It is apartment for 7 persons.

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood and within walking distance of major attractions (8 min walk to the Promenade and the Palace, 5 min walk to the Marjan Hill, 8 min from the main restaurant, club and shopping area). The apartment comes with parking: either free on the street or public parking just two minutes from the apartment. Everyone is welcome.
