Comfortable, sunny and stylish place to enjoy your stay! The house is on the 1st floor and provides all the amenities that you might need. The view of the mountain on the right side, the sea on the left side and the public park/parking in front, make up an ideal landscape. Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. House built in the early 1930's in the traditional settlement of Asomatos. This unique dwelling offers a high ceiling sitting room, a dining area, a kitchen, a small bathroom and one bed room. The home can accomodate 2-4 guests (one double bed and two single beds in the living room). The panoramic view of this home allows guests to enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the magnificent blue waters of the Aegean Sea on one side of its large terrace and the imposing Mount Dikaios on the other.
