Das Chalet befindet sich auf einer Seehöhe von 1720 m, verfügt über eine Sauna und ist ganzjährig mit dem Auto erreichbar. Für Sommerurlauber gibt es Wander-und Mountainbikemöglichkeiten. Der Ossiachersee ist mit dem Auto in 25 Minuten zu erreichen.Im Winter befindet man sich mitten im Schigebiet Gerlitzen. Der Sessellift der Wörtherseeabfahrt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Schitouren oder Schneeschuhwanderungen entlang der beschneiten Schipisten oder im Wald werden gerne unternommen.

It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Wichtig: Selbstversorgerhütte - Leintücher, Decken- und Polsterüberzüge sowie Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden!! Es wird keine Endreinigungsgebühr kassiert, daher bitte die Unterkunft sauber und besenrein hinterlassen!

Residieren Sie im Herrschaftshaus Theresienhof. Erbaut vom Gewerken Franz Ritter von Jakomini im frühen 19. Jahrhundert. Auf knapp 120 m² finden Sie 2 Schlafzimmer, eine geräumige Küche mit Essgelegenheit für 6 Personen, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer, sowie Bad und WC getrennt.
