The cottage is well equipped and has a pretty garden surrounded by fields and woodland with a patio for alfresco dining or just being at one with nature.

A 'Tiny House', off-grid Shepherd's Hut with panoramic views of the spectacular Brecon Beacons. Accessed by its own gated lane and set in a private paddock, "Oliveduck Hut" is the perfect retreat for couples, or singles who prefer their own company. An ideal ‘base camp’ as you explore the National Park and surrounding area. Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the hottub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just take in the majestic Pen y Fan as you plan (or recover from) your ascent.

Yr Hen Stabl

Yr Hen Stabl is a dog friendly, converted farm stable full of character and charm. It is simply furnished with antique Welsh furniture and textiles. The cosy interior with wood burning stove offers a comfortable space in which to relax after long walks in the Brecon Beacons or from which to work remotely. Based near to the waterfalls, the cottage provides easy access to outdoor activities such as wild swimming, gorge walking and hiking. It is also conveniently situated for the Gower coast.

Staying here allows families and couples to explore and take in the famous sites of our spectacular welsh heritage by foot, bicycle, motorbike or car. 7 Arches holiday accommodation was completely refurbished in July 2019. Benefits from stunning views over the Afan Valley and located on the Afan Forest Park's low level cycle route 'Y Rheilffordd' (railway in welsh) which runs along the base of the valley. This is a great trail for families with picnic and refreshment stops along the 36km trail. 'Y Rheilffordd' gives easy access to 6 world class trails as well as Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre, Glyncorrwg Visitor Centre and Afan Bike Park.
