This private self-contained unit occupies the entire top floor of a modern house in tree-lined Braddon with a stunning view of Mt Ainslie. The unit is fully insulated with a split ductless system to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. It's a short walk to cafes, bars and restaurants on Lonsdale street, and another short walk to Canberra's CBD.
