Located in the heart of Bar Harbor and Acadia, this cozy 1 bedroom apartment is tucked up and away from the hustle and bustle of town while still maintaining proximity to everything. This recently renovated space on the third floor of our classic 1910 Maine home is furnished with a comfortable queen bed with high quality linens, an equipped kitchen with stone countertops, a living area with table/chairs and small couch. Walk to ocean, shops, and restaurants in minutes! (Bar Harbor Permit 1127)

Express Studio Units- no range

Express over night studio units. Approx 450 sq ft. No electric ranges but the kitchenette provides double hot plate, convection oven, and microwave. Smaller size fridge included. 65" TV, Netflix only. Wifi is included. Sit down shower. Everything is wheel chair accessible. Walls are 11" including 6" concrete for exterior and dividing walls. Very quiet. Mattresses are $2000+ Stearns/Foster queen. The couch folds out into a second bed but isn't very comfortable. Great palce for short term stay.

3 bedroom 2 level flat, 1000sqft located in a historic home in the Shelburne Waterfront district, steps from the scenic waterfront. Many beaches are a short drive away. Built in the 1800's, this unit features high ceilings on the main level, a master bedroom, large bathroom with shower stall and bathtub, recently renovated kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, dining room, deck,BBQ, WiFi, living room, smart TV,Netflix (no cable tv), & 2 more bedrooms on the top floor. Bar Harbor Condos - Apt A

Our apartments were built in 2020 and are located in downtown Bar Harbor. The apartments are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is off street parking which is rare in downtown Bar Harbor. There is a shared laundry room and excellent wifi also. Please consider getting travel insurance when making your reservation, this is a small property, and how we make our living, Airbnb does offer it and unfortunately situations do come up.
