Welcome to Yindala. Situated on 17 acres of rural bushland just minutes from Margaret River and Witchcliffe. Our single bedroom ensuite studio is the perfect retreat for couples or a solo getaway. The studio offers both indoor and outdoor living spaces. Make the most of all seasons and enjoy the outdoors under the pergola featuring outdoor bath, lounge and dining area. Snuggle up on the sofa and watch a movie on the open air projector screen or take a magnesium bath under the stars and relax..

Woodbridge Vista - Heated Pool in Yallingup

Take in views extending over treetops to Geographe Bay from the pool. This property oozes character & charm in a tranquil neighbourhood. Relax on a pool lounge and watch the world go by or head to the “Games Cave” for a game of pool or vintage arcade game. Sit in the amphitheatre by the fire pit for roasted marshmallows. If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Only 2.5 hours from Perth, it's an easy getaway. Take a refreshing swim in the dam, explore the small vineyard, or go on multiple bush walks.

Paddock House

Located between town and the beach. A 3 bedroom courtyard house is nestled amongst grass trees, tea-tree and eucalypts. The bespoke design maximises northern light and thoughtfully offers views to the native bushland. Unique spaces and dark interiors connect you to the landscape in this contemporary home. Just off the iconic Caves Rd, only a 5 minute drive to Prevelly and less than 10 minutes to town, this property is an ideal location to connect with the landscape and explore the region.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Cowaramup Gums

A home among the gum trees Enjoy this peaceful stay with cozy wood fire for winter and generous deck for summer. This 2 bedroom home is set on 100 acres of eucalyptus plantation and surrounded by nearby native bush. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.

Meelup beach !! Wake up to birdsong, walk amongst the forest or just sit on the deck and soak up the peaceful ambience. Very close to a selection of fine wineries , restaurants & breweries with surf, beach, biking and walk trails to top it off. We promise you won't want to leave.

Yallingup Bush Studio

Yallingup Bush Studio is hidden amongst the beautiful tall Marri and eucalyptus trees and high enough on a north facing hill that you will enjoy beautiful afternoon sun. You will be able to enjoy the incredible views from your studio even whilst in bed through the large glass doors and windows or whilst enjoying a glass of wine on the verandah. We are situated 10 minutes from Dunsborough town and 10 minutes from Yallingup and Smiths beach

Abbeys Farm Retreat
