This space comfortably sleeps 4 with kitchenette, outdoor BBQ, and 1 bath You have access to the dock (you will walk down a steep switchback paved hill). The space has a keypad entry. Rooms are separated by partition walls (They do not go all the way to the ceiling). Bedding is a queen , twin and futon. Lots of parking space for truck & boat on this acre property

We built with sound proofing in mind. We do live in the rest of the house and you will hear us. A safe and quiet residential neighborhood. Easy access from I-82 and Rt. 240. Centrally located, just minutes from most Tri-Cities attractions, the Convention Center, hospitals, the airport, and major local employers.

This accessible 600-square-foot apartment is attached to our home but features a private entrance, self-check-in via keypad, a small, covered patio, and ample parking. During your stay, you will have access to a private suite over the garage of our home. (This space requires you to climb a flight of stairs). This includes a studio style apartment with a couch, bed (queen) and a kitchenette. This studio has a spacious and private full bathroom attached. The bathroom includes a tub and a shower.
