Cosy, comfortable and tranquil, featuring beams, logburning stove and large garden with orchard, games room and children's playhouse. Feed the owner's pygmy goats and look for eggs from the chickens. Thoughtfully equipped with all you'll need for a relaxing 'get-away-from-it-all' break at any time of year. Interesting places to visit and easy access to the coast.

Crabtree Cottage is located in the rural village of Drinkstone, 8 miles from the market town of Bury St. Edmunds, 6 miles from Stowmarket and within easy reach of Newmarket and Cambridge. An ideal area for walking or cycling with plenty of good local pubs. The cottage has its own entrance, sunny sitting room with French doors to garden, kitchen/dining room and stairs to spacious bathroom and double bedroom. The owner has a fox red labrador.

The Kitchen has all the amenities listed below, plus a separate freezer, which will be handy for those who do not really want to cook but are happy to heat-up frozen meals. Free Wifi is provided.

We are just a 20 minute drive from the quaint market town of Bury St Edmunds and also within easy reach of Newmarket, Cambridge and Norwich. Guests can be confident that on arrival the accommodation will be sparkling clean and surfaces disinfected.

There is a separate bedroom, bathroom & a second seating area which can be converted to a small double bed upon request.

Situated in a private spot amidst gorgeous Suffolk farmland with easy access to miles of footpaths, bridleways, byways and quiet country lanes to walk or cycle along there is free parking right outside. It is also a great 'Home from Home' for workers providing a clean, bright, ambient space, super comfortable bed, large table/workspace, great shower and an adequate kitchen, to ease the end of a busy day.
