A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and bi fold doors straight onto the decking for the warmer days.

Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Orchard Retreat is a luxurious shepherd's hut nestled in the Shropshire countryside a world away from the bright lights and fast pace of city life. We are surrounded by rolling green pastures and charming woodland which brings an array of wildlife to your doorstep. The Hoot House ( tawny owls live nearby )

Characterful but modern (2017) cottage, sleeps up to 6/7 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms; there is also a 4th bedroom with a single bed. The Hoot House is located in the pretty village of Neen Sollars, within 12 miles of Ludlow . Welsh Marches, Ironbridge and Shropshire Hills are all easily accessible. We welcome up to 2 dogs for which we make a charge of £10 each . Outside, guests have their own patio and large grassed area as well as access to our tennis court and boating pond.

Outside seating for alfresco dining, a fire pit for those cooler evenings (great for cooking those marshmallows). The hut is fully equipped with all you’ll need.
