This cozy three-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home is conveniently located in Petersburg, Alaska, and is within walking distance of all the town's attractions. The house is just 1 mile away from the airport.   As you enter through the front porch, you'll find the living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, there is a reading nook, a half bathroom, & a second bedroom featuring both a queen bed and a daybed, and the third bedroom.

The Diamond House, cozy home in park-like setting

Located 7 miles north from the airport ferry terminal, 10 miles north of downtown, and 5 miles from Knudson Cove and Clover Pass. One bedroom with a queen and a queen pull-out couch in living room. Single cot available upon request. Three couches and a smart TV. Kitchenette has cooking utensils/equipment, coffee maker, microwave, rice cooker, hotplate, electric skillet, ect. NO STOVE. The “Diamond House” was built in the 80's by a local man named Mr. Diamond who was known for his smoked fish.

This old Norwegian house comes stocked with all the amenities you could want to make your stay. It all started with a trailer on a beautiful wooded, waterfront lot. Then a wind storm blew through, breaking the tops of several large trees causing them to land on our trailer. It took weeks to remove the trees and debris. It was then, we decided to move forward with our dream home. Moving the trailer to the trailer park, we then began preparing our lot and building our new home. Three years later it would become our dream, to share with you!
