Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. The German Schmear Cottage is tucked away on a quiet street in the Mountainview area. It is centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental. Our space is charming and cozy and feels more like a home than a hotel. It has all of the necessities and is centrally located so you can enjoy everything Waco has to offer! You'll have the whole place to yourself. It's a great place to relax! It's just 7 minutes away from Magnolia and countless boutiques and restaurants. It suitable for children of all ages and has plenty of space for pets and a fenced yard. We look forward to your stay with us!

The house is in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood. The property has a fenced backyard. Small, house-trained dogs are welcome upon request. (Extra cleaning fees apply) This quaint and lovely two bedroom house is a 5 min walk from the lake and the Lake Waco Dam and walking path or a 5 mile drive to Baylor McLane Stadium and the Magnolia Silos. The Waco regional airport and Hawaiian Falls water park is approx. 3.7 miles away.
