Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sits across the street from Lake Sam Rayburn and is just minutes away from Umphrey's Pavillon, several boat ramps, the Rayburn Country golf course, and local restaurants. With an extra wide, illuminated driveway, there's plenty of space to park 3 boats and relax after fishing all day. The back porch has a grill & picnic table that's perfect for a midday cookout, while the backyard fire ring was designed with a marshmallows roast in mind!

New two-bedroom country cottage. The property is very clear with lots of room. Events could be hosted "on the farm"! This is a great space for gatherings such as: crawfish boils, family reunions, birthdays, a romantic couple getaway or a family escape from everyday life. Come out and enjoy nature and look at the stars at the Ponderosa. Lake Sam Rayburn is 35 min., Steinhagen Reservoir is 10 min. away and Big Thicket National Game preserve is minutes away. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.
