Overland Ranch

Historic ranch conveniently located between the Snowy Range and Laramie. Fully renovated two bedroom, two bathroom home with wood stoves, electric heat, a historic corral and quick drive to the mountains. Convenient whether you're hunting, snowmobiling, hiking, horseback riding, snow shoeing, boating, skiing (downhill or cross country!), visiting UW or relaxing with the whole family. Freshly roasted coffee, homemade bread and eggs INCLUDED at this peaceful place to stay with NO cleaning fee!

In Medicine Bow National Forest Outdoor activities include: Endless ATV trails Rail Trail bike trail Lakes - Rob Roy, Owen, Miller Snowmobile Year-round road access Plentiful Wildlife Large groups are effortless Original rental fee is 6 people - with access to front portion of cabin. Cleaning charge is a one-time fee. When renting to more than 6, each additional person is an additional $50 with an additional cleaning fee of $60. Parties under 6 may use bunkhouse for extra $60 cleaning fee.

Oxford Horse Ranch

The Palmer House is located on the historic Oxford Horse Ranch that was established in 1887. The old log house is remodeled in a Victorian style. Luxurious accommodations nestled outside of town on a 3,600 acre privately owned, working cattle ranch. Come enjoy the ranch life style viewing cattle, horses, and the 150 foot barn. This national registered historic landmark boasts a wonderful piece of Wyoming History. Bring your horse and sense of western adventure for an experience of a lifetime.

Step onto the deck and cast your eye on the mountain and creek across the valley, where wildlife and wildflowers abound, you'll know you found your ideal tranquil refuge.

The Bird's Nest Yurt

Enjoy a wonderful stay at a full equipped yurt overlooking the historic Chris Klein reservoir. Located on one of Albany County's first ranches. Experience country charm and beauty located only 8 minutes from downtown Laramie. The yurt features a modern bathroom with shower, kitchen, studio living space and wood stove. Secluded home on 35 acres next to Medicine Bow National Forest. 10 minutes to Laramie, 15 min to Curt Gowdy State Park and 35 min to Cheyenne. Beautiful scenery and abundance of deer and elk. Fenced back yard. Pets are welcome. Two bedrooms with two baths plus twin bed. No cell service or wi fi on site due to location. Landline provided. There is Dish satellite tv. I provide coffee, tea, sugar, flour, spices and eggs if my chickens are generous! Additional BR available upon request.

Adjacent to Routt National Forest and the Zirkel Wilderness. Moose, elk, deer, pronghorn, bear, wolf, fox call this special place home. Cabin is off-grid, dry cabin. Private trails for hiking, biking, xc ski or snowshoe on our Elk Run Trail. 4wd preferred travel in winter. Parking is at the cabin or for low clearance vehicles 200 feet below. Wood burning stove for heat and to warm food. Blackstone grill & French Press provided. Solar lights. Water is supplied. Compost potty.

Looking for a relaxing getaway? This cabin is about 45 minutes from Ft. Collins, CO, an hour from Laramie, WY, and two hours from Denver. The peace, quiet and beautiful views will help you unwind and relax. We have dozens of games for your whole family, are close to trails and lakes, and have a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar (including a coffee grinder). We have great internet, making it easy to work remotely if you'd like! We know you'll love it up here as much as we do!

Albany Lodge and Snowy Range Ski Resort are each about 31 miles away if you like snowmobiling or SXS/quads, cross-country and snowshoeing. Dog friendly (2 dog maximum). There's no longer an outdoor kennel available.
