L’appartement est situé dans le quartier bien connu du Parc du Cinquantenaire, très proche du quartier de l'UE. Le quartier est vraiment très confortable et très vivant, vous avez de nombreux magasins et supermarchés, restaurants, pharmacie et blanchisserie. Vous êtes très proche des transports: ligne 1 et 5 pour le metro et puis le bus et le tram. Vous êtes à 10 min du centre-ville et 20 min de l’aéroport.

Le logement est très bien situé, proche de restaurants, de deux parcs, de supermarchés et des transports en commun. Le metro est à 5 minutes de marche et pourra vous emmener rapidement au centre de Bruxelles.
