Ever wanted to see what goes on in a commercial bakery? Imagine waking to the aroma of baking bread and cinnamon rolls? Get a bird's eye view into the kitchen of the Village Hive Bakery Kitchen while staying in the newly renovated "flatlet". Salvaged & repurposed building supplies used to create a unique studio apartment above the bakery retail. Guests can enjoy the retail farmhouse table and comfortable seating space by the Main Street picture window. Cooking/baking classes available.

This 1940s barn has been lovingly converted into a comfortable living space with modern features and amenities, making it the perfect retreat for a romantic getaway or a peaceful escape from the city. Inside, the bones of the barn are present. From beams and rafters on the main level to the tall, gable barn ceiling. Just imagine all the different ways the barn had been used over time.

Sure to please with $0 cleaning fees! This quaint charmer is your home away from home for Packer games, Lawrence U, EAA, business travel, shows at the PAC, sporting events at USA Fields and more. This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Ask us if you need anything!

Extensive, well-maintained trails for hiking, skiing or Fattire biking lead you through towering hardwoods, cathedral white pines, and golden meadows.

Leonard Point Birdhouse

Welcome to the Leonards Point Bird House! This newly renovated lake home has all amenities needed for a perfect escape in Oshkosh, WI. You will experience lake views from the south side of Lake Butte Des Morts. For a quieter experience (or louder for the kids) there is a detached bunk house with its own bathroom! The Birdhouse is 10 minutes away from highway 41 and multiple stores for easy access to everything you need. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Peterson Mill Schoolhouse

The Peterson Mill Schoolhouse is a rural and historic one classroom school converted into a guest house. Located next to a trout stream and operating dairy farm, you can sit on the open-air porch, relax by the creek, or take a walk on the country roads. The Schoolhouse is open year-around, welcoming all who enjoy fishing, biking, hunting, and other outdoor activities. Enjoy your time in the peaceful surroundings or drive 15 minutes to the beautiful Waupaca Chain-O-Lakes.

Come stay near the heart of Oshkosh - you’ll be on the second floor with views of Lake Winnebago. If you need anything during your stay we live on-site and are only a message away. Don’t worry though, the units are completely separated so you’ll have all the privacy you desire during your stay.
