The Yuba State Bank Apartment is the lower front apartment in a 4-unit commercial brick building. The historically renovated space has a mix of old and new, with hardwood floors, large storefront windows, a full kitchen and bathroom, and the bank vault off one of the two bedrooms. The apartment is located in the quaint village of Yuba (pop. 53), which is the smallest incorporated village in Wisconsin, 15 minutes (11 miles) from Hillsboro. You can grab a drink and meal next door at The Still.

My place is quiet, serene and private, and secluded. Hear the rooster crow or collect your own eggs for your breakfast. Head down to the private pond to try your luck at fishing (no license required) or paddle boarding. If you need to warm up, use the sauna or the outdoor hot tub year round. Apartment is an addition off of the back of my house, with views into the backyard, and with a private entrance. The apartment features a full bathroom with a shower, and also a kitchenette. (small frig., toaster oven, french press). Wifi is available, and also internet access with ethernet is. Fragrance free.
