The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

Pea Cottage is a secretive, luxury cottage full of surprises. You're getting more than just a gorgeous place to hang out; the host has lined up a thoughtful selection of extras to make the most of your romantic break. Misty is a 57ft narrowboat moored without neighbours, on the quiet Little Ouse River. Your stay here offers peace and quiet , with close up views of the natural surroundings and local wildlife, such as Kingfishers, Egrets and Otters. The perfect location to get away from life's hustle and bustle, a chance to relax and unwind. The sun rises over the bow and no street lights means great views of the night sky and the milky way can often be seen, as bats swoop overhead. A little slice of heaven.

The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The Loft is not overlooked by anybody and is yours to enjoy in total privacy!
