A note about Airbnb fees: Airbnb shifted their 15.5% guest fees to the host. We had to raise our rate to compensate. We are loyal to offer accessible ski vacations for your friends & family at the cost of a hotel room! Dollars a day at Ascutney or on your Indy/Ikon/Epic pass. Hit up the 20% on longer stays.

The Yurt In The Woods is 30 ft in diameter - 700 spacious sq. ft. It's surrounded by trees and has a yard. In October, I require a two night stay with the exception of October 4 & 11. There is a "one" night stay fee of $50 - charged as extra services Allowed 2 dogs with the agreement to my animal policy & $50 fee WiFi 1,000 megabits per second a fiber network AC, Outdoor Gas Grill , Outdoor Fire Circle, and Outdoor Shower available June - October
