Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. Conveniently located across the street from the Braselton Civic Center, less than one mile from the Braselton Event Center and Hoschton Train Depot for wedding parties. Enjoy the fire pit during the Braselton fall festival, or a meal with friends at one of the restaurants downtown. Please note our home has security cameras at the front door and on the back porch.

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.
