A spacious 2x2 chalet that can accommodate 2-6 people, utilising the pull out sofa bed in the living area. With air conditioning and fire place.The master bedroom offers a king size bed, en suite bathroom and a large freestanding bath with a nature view. The second bedroom offers a king bed (which can be split into two singles on request) and en suite bathroom. NO LEAVERS

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Millbrook Cottage at Yallingup

Millbrook Cottage is a spacious timber framed house. Its elevated position on a 10 acre estate provides panoramic views down Wildwood Valley. The property is 5 minutes drive from Smiths and Yallingup beaches and offers scenic walks in the area. There are a large number of wineries, galleries and restaurants within a 10 minute drive The home is very well appointed with modern conveniences and beautiful WA Blackbutt floors throughout. Situated amongst some of the best South-West wineries and just minutes away from iconic beaches including Smith's Beach & Yallingup Beach. The charming 1950's weatherboard cottage has recently been renovated throughout with custom made interiors, new appliances, an eclectic mix of antiques imported from France and a range of ceramics, paintings & sculptures by local Western Australian artisans. It has a quintessential wide wrap around verandah & an intimate lounge fireplace.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking our certified organic vineyard. Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. The stunning waterfall window in the bedroom connects the inside with the out, creating a memorable feature & allowing you to sleep under the stars. Please note the cabin is an adults only retreat.
