Private, cozy and quiet cottage in the trees - yet only about a mile from the heart of town. Cottage accommodates two adults with foldout bed for a child. Stainless steel appliances and tv with streaming services. Easy hop to Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking and biking, wineries, Boone. About a mile to downtown. Watch wildlife from your private rear deck, sit on covered front porch, or stroll the 2.6 acres of grounds. Adjacent to greenspace/parkland. Dogs allowed! (limit 2) Pet fee charged.

Built in 2013, 4 beds in this 3 BR + queen sleeper sofa, 2 bath, Single Story "non-smoking" cottage. Central heat and air conditioning, gas fireplace, full laundry facilities, high speed Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, 2 TV's, fully equipped kitchen including Keurig Coffee Maker, Air Fryer, pots/pans/dishes. A wrap around porch to rock away the time and fire-pit for s'mores, and a rear covered porch with gas grill. Open parking for 3-4 vehicles and situated on a publicly maintained asphalt road.

Greystone Cottage is dog-friendly, and a 5 min walk to restaurants/shopping in the historic town of West Jefferson. The cottage has a seasonal mountain view, large gated porch, hot tub, gas grill, and fire pit with edison lights illuminating the outdoor area at night. The cottage is equipped with keyless entry, fiber optic high speed internet, smart TVs, washer and dryer, mini-split A/C and heat, and a fully functional kitchen. The two bedrooms have Sealy memory foam mattresses (Queen).

Cross Creek Farm includes a newly renovated farmhouse nestled on 78 acres - the essence of a rustic retreat with modern amenities. Many of our animals are rescues and enjoy calling the farm home. We have highland cattle, goats, ducks, pigs, Rufus the donkey, and more! Explore the 6+ miles of trails on the property, with the mountain summit featuring expansive, gorgeous views of the foothills. We have lovingly restored this 1940s farmhouse in Elkin, located just minutes from some of North Carolinas best wineries! We have all the amenities to make you feel right at home. After a day of winery hopping, come back and enjoy some more wine and cheese in the beautiful, new spacious kitchen, or relax out back at the fire pit, taking in the expansive views! The quaint town of Elkin is located minutes away for dining and shopping, or go for a hike at Stone Mountain!

Welcome to our Moonshine Mini-Mansion. The home is on 8 acres in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina and has just the right amount of every season. Only 30 miles to Boone and 6 miles to Faithfest and Merlefest! The entire home was refurbished with all new finishes, new paint, soft close cabinets, and new flooring in 2019. This is a cozy house, and it is on land aka 'in the sticks.' Due to it being out in the country, you may see a bug or two!
