Guest facilities are located at ground level. The main bedroom has garden/backyard views. The lounge & dining area, water views. The 2 bedrooms and downstairs area of the house is for your use only, you will have sole use to enter the front and rear sliding doors. There is secured off-street, backyard parking for cars and boats.

Take in the serenity of this coastal Hamptons style space, complete with a kitchenette, ensuite, lounge area and private deck.
