Recently renovated, this 1 bed + 1 sofa bed + 1 bath unit features SS appliances, in suite laundry, fireplace, stone countertops, updated flooring and a great patio area. As part of the Marketplace Lodge you get access to a hot tub, bike storage/wash station, and secure underground parking. Full unit access. The building has free heated underground parking, a shared rooftop hot tub in a fully secured building. In suite laundry washer/dryer, fireplace and fully stocked kitchen. Bathroom has a bathtub/shower. The suite is private and located on the 3 rd floor with nice a balcony and beautiful views.

With the best lakefront patio in Whistler, this 1 bedroom + den, 1 bathroom condo is a vacation dream. Bring your water toys for fun on the lake or enjoy a short bike ride or walk into the village on the Valley Trail. The village is only a 5 minute drive away. *May 2026 note: The photos of the bed in the den are no longer accurate. I am awaiting updated photos. The new bed is a comfortable twin-size that converts to a double bed (2 twin mattresses side by side).
