Self-contained bedroom, a sitting room and shower room. Your suite of rooms is separate from the house with its own entrance. The windows overlook the village duck pond and spring and pretty waterfall. There is parking, for your car, at your door. We're in a Dorset village with Trafalgar history, centuries old church, busy pub. The coast is only a couple of miles away. We are on the Dorset Coastal Path and the SSSI Jurasic Coast. £7.50 for a full Dorset breakfast. Evening meal £7 to £12.

Despite its name, Weighbridge cottage is a three story townhouse on Church Street in central Lyme Regis. It's close to everything, yet peaceful and tranquil. The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

Nestling in my garden, Chesil Beach and the South West Coast Path are 30 seconds away down a private path. Watch magnificent sunsets over the bay and enjoy stargazing in our dark skies.

This barn conversion is light and airy with a modern yet rustic feel. The open plan modern kitchen opens onto a spacious living area. The downstairs walk in shower and toilet are positioned in the corner. The spiral stairs lead to the loft bedroom. The maximum occupancy for this property is two. We leave a welcome pack breakfast for your first morning so you don’t need to rush to the shops the moment you arrive

We offer 1 double bedroom with a doorway leading to your breakfast area which includes a. fridge, kettle + toaster. We supply a cold continental style breakfast daily to the breakfast area leaving you then to decide when you would like to eat. The bathroom which is in the main house (approx 6 metres) is exclusively for guests and accessible along a short pathway. (See photos)
