Egyptian cotton linen and black out blinds in all bedrooms. Outdoors enjoy the wood burning hot tub, feed the chickens, take a stroll round our lake or discover the zip wire in the wood!

Elmden is a beautiful two bedroom cottage set back off of the historic market town high street of Buntingford. A real hidden gem, full of period features. Stained glass, brick floor and exposed beams throughout the cottage. Our charming and cosy cottage is around half an hour from Cambridge and Saffron Walden. With ample scenic countryside walks and bridle ways on our doorstop, you're truly spoilt for choice. *We now use an Electrostatic Sprayer to disinfect all surface and soft furnishings. *

The Byre at Cold Christmas

Escape to the country and stay in a cosy converted barn with a log burning stove and a secluded sunny patio area with outdoor dining and barbeque. Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. Maltons, one of the area's finest restaurants is just at the end of the lane.

A peaceful, warm (twin skinned and insulated) and bright self-contained cabin set in a secluded mature garden and surrounded by beautiful countryside views. The Cabin has a shabby chic antique vibe. Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town of Stevenage. The Dovecote: unique self-contained 1bed barn stay

Recently renovated barn to a genuinely high spec - Grade II listed 'Dovecote' located on a working arable farm in a lovely remote setting in the Essex countryside. Situated next to a small duck pond, overlooking the farmyard/old stables/etc as well as the local church, The Dovecote is a two-storey brick and oak framed building finished to a truly high standard. Peaceful and remote with its own courtyard, the Dovecote has an elevated location in the otherwise undeveloped yard.

The Barn

A unique and tranquil country escape an hour's drive from London. Relax and unwind, gather with friends and family or explore the endless country walks and roman road on our doorstep. The Barn is set on its own plot of land next to the main house with a large fenced garden, patio area with BBQ and a horse field a few metres away to gaze out onto. A characterful building but totally refurbished and offering a contemporary escape with all the amenities you would expect at home.

The Cabin in Sandon Hertfordshire

This light and airy cabin set in rural Hertfordshire is the perfect spot to relax. It's a romantic getaway for a couple, comfortable for a couple with two children. We are close to wedding venues Sandon Manor (1.5m) Milling Barn, (5m) The Barn at Alswick (6m) and South Farm wedding venues. We also have another self-contained Airbnb on site, Two&aHalf Flint Cottages, should you need more sleeping space. This needs to be booked separately.
