Explore the beautiful Wainui river on our two-person kayak or curl up with a book and do absolutely nothing at all. There are also plenty of hikes in the area. Pets (inc horses) are welcome. Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

The apartment is on the top floor of a three level home with stunning 180 degree views of the harbour. It is difficult to capture the view which all our guests find breathtaking.
