The Annex has a really cozy, homely feel so you can relax at the end of your day.

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

Annexe apartment within easy reach of Poole

The Annexe is 15 minutes drive from Poole town centre and the local beaches. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.

Yoku House is a delightful, fully self contained two storey annexe with its own private entrance. It is moments from the clifftop and a short walk down a charming wooded path to the beach. There is a beautiful bedroom upstairs, a cosy living room downstairs, and an exceptional bathroom with a traditional cast iron bath. We have superfast WiFi, with TV subscriptions including Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV+ and ITVX. A perfect place for a relaxing break or to work remotely in a wonderful location.

Self-contained Annexe Nr New Forest and Beaches

***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

Take a break at this beautiful 1 bedroom hideaway. Close to the wonderful beaches of Southbourne. It has its own private parking space for 1 vehicle. Great links to Bournemouth town centre, Christchurch, Hengistbury Head. Pokesdown train station just a 10 minute walk away. New forest a short drive away. Local shops 5 mins walk Numerous restaurants and entertainment venues close by. Great base to explore Fully equipped kitchen, Modern shower room, TV, Wifi, Comfortable living/dining area

Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

A romantic hideaway where English charm meets soft French elegance. Set within a beautifully restored former carriage house, this petite, cosy retreat is designed for two-intimate, calm, and full of character. Thoughtful details, gentle lighting and indulgent linens invite you to slow down and unwind together. The space is intentionally small and has no kitchen, encouraging evenings spent dining out at the many exceptional restaurants just moments away. With a private entrance/parking.

Nutkins

A quirky 1 bedroom suite in an old 1880s cottage. Guests have the use of a shower room, living room with sofa bed and spiral staircase to a double bedroom, all with air conditioning. Off street parking and a rear courtyard garden. The property is a 1 minute walk from Winton shopping centre and town bus routes. A 5 minute drive from the centre of Bournemouth and beaches. A great location with bars and restaurants in walking distance and a quick bus ride or drive to the centre of town.

This stylish open plan coastal appartment is perfect for relaxing break for two by the seaside. Quite getaway, with everything needed for your stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private Garden. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. The garden is gated off from the main garden for privacy. You have your own dining and lounging area. We do have two lovely little dogs who are very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello when you are coming in or out of The Studio.

The Garden Room is a cosy and welcoming private place to stay perfect for getaways. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the coast, it is scrupulously clean & is tastefully decorated with a pretty view from the south facing window. Tea/coffee making facilities, a light breakfast of pastry, fruit & yogurt is available in the room. You will feel very comfortable in a stylish space in lovely surroundings. Also use of a pretty patio, parking space & fridge.
