Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the beautiful little hamlet. Cottage has got everything you need and king size bed is the most comfiest you would find anywhere. We got a lot of walking and cycle routes right next tonthe cottage. Newcastle City and Durham City is about 15 minutes from the property. Dreamers hut is a two double bedroom Shepards hut in its own private woodlands. The rooms are cosy with a cottage feel with a wood burning fire inside the living room. Each bedroom is finished to a high standard with woodland views, a luxury double mattress & quality bed linen. Towels and bath robes are provided during your stay. This little oasis of green is in a super handy location on the edge of the greenbelt, yet near the Team Valley, Metrocentre and Newcastle. There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.
