We live in a lovely old cottage in the heart of Eastleach a quintessential Cotswold village. There are beautiful footpaths and cycle routes from the front door and a superb pub, The Victoria Inn. Most, if not all the Cotswolds most sough after pubs restaurants, and tourist attractions are very close by. Inc Bibury, Burford, Broadway, Bourton on the Water, The Farmers Dog Jeremy Clarkson's & Cirencester. We are perfectly located if you are attending a wedding at Cripps, Stone or Oxleaze Barn.

It is overlooking the unique village of Sheepscombe with fantastic panoramic views over the village and surrounding National Trust beechwoods. This rural retreat is a walkers paradise, dog friendly with close access into the woods behind and near to the Laurie Lee way in the Slad Valley. The Old Stable provides comfortable self contained accommodation in the picturesque village of Stanford in the Vale, located in the beautiful Vale of White Horse close to the Ridgeway. We are 12 miles west of Oxford and within easy reach of the Cotswolds and River Thames. Village amenities include a pub, cafe and supermarket. The accommodation, located on two floors with private entrance, has an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and TV sitting area. There is an en-suite bath/shower.

Close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Secret little hideaway - with proximity to Oxford

Situated on the Oxfordshire/ Cotswold borders this wonderful property sits in the middle of the village of Cassington. The property is self-catering- but the village boasts two pubs, one caters food. There are no other amenities but a short 5 minute drive will take you to the village of Eynsham or Yarnton where you can get most things. Property is an 8 minute drive to Blenheim Palace, or walking out of the village you can catch a bus to Oxford city, or the historic town of Witney.
