This place is 10-min drive to Portland downtown, nice cafe and gorgeous hiking trail which is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

The back porch is still usable, but has the "beauty" of the destruction of nature and not the beauty of the hard work of creating an elegant landscaped pond.
