This lovely new built holiday home is a great base for a short break or a longer holiday, whilst exploring some beautiful lovely beaches and exquisite coastal walks and views.Award winning beach(Woolacombe Sands), is only a short five minutes drive away. Directly from your doorstep, you set foot on a coastal path which takes to Lee bay, Woolacombe. We will consider allowing pets.

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. West Down has an amazing pub with good food a village shop 3 mins walk away and easy access to the Coast path and Exmoor.

Jasmine cottage forms part of a courtyard of 9 holiday cottages, converted from original farm buildings. It is set in large grounds, with games room, tennis court and grassy areas to walk your dog on lead. At certain times of year there is an enclosed grass paddock to walk dogs off lead but this cannot be guaranteed, as it is occasionally used for grazing horses. The cottage is a short drive to the beautiful Woolacombe Beach and the harbour town of Ilfracombe.
