This newly renovated home was an early post offices in Milltown. It is now a paddlers dream! All surfaces are new and compliment the vintage patina of the building. Guests are just one block from Cave Country Canoes and only steps away from the beautiful Blue River. The Bungalow includes an outdoor patio and private parking. Even though the location is downtown, it is quiet and private. Maxine's Market and Blue River Liquors are all just a short walk. Very close to lots of outdoor activites

You will find refinished hardwood floors and new finishes; a charming fireplace and hearth (not used), and touches of old and new world throughout. Caddy Corner is a 1920s schoolhouse converted into a modern farmhouse. Enjoy a country feel while being just over a mile from everything that French Lick and West Baden have to offer. This home was fully renovated to bring it into modern times. Enjoy the large front porch with a full view of the West Baden Dome, large lot for pets, and upgraded stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. Quiet location on a dead-end street.

Izzy’s Treasure, entire cottage, super value!

Open concept living, dining and kitchen stocked with everything you need. Just grab some eggs, and milk on your way in. The upstairs has a spacious king room. The small Bedroom with full size bed has a full mattress that slides out from underneath. The lake picture is my personal dock that is 4 miles from the house. You can access the dock if you’re boating. The house is not on the lake.
