Welcome to our little farm As our guest, you'll sleep with a view of the forest and meadows, relax in the garden sauna, and shower in the cozy cabin. The wood-burning stove keeps the cabin nice and warm. There's plenty of room for culinary creativity: wood-burning stove, induction cooktop, pizza/bread oven, or barbecue. The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

Modern ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Zwei Schlafzimmer, großer Wohn-Essraum, voll ausgestattete Küche, Zirbensauna mit Ausblick. Zwei Bäder, zwei WC, zwei sonnige Terrassen mit Ausblick in die südoststeirische Hügellandschaft.

Wir freuen uns euch in unserer frisch renovierten und mit ganz viel Liebe hergerichteten Wohnung im zweiten Stock eines wunderschönen Altbaus am Rande des Grazer Stadtparks willkommen zu heißen. Unsere Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer, geräumigen Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und getrenntem WC. Vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man in den Rosengarten des Cafés mit dem besten Frühstück der Stadt.

Villenwohnung mit Blick ins Grüne

Villa im Garten. Komplette Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnschlafzimmer, Eßdiele, einer neuen und komplett eingerichteten Küche, Bad mit Badewanne und getrenntem WC, im Tiefparterre mit Gartenblick und Sitzplatz im Garten. Unser Appartement (ca. 35 qm) verfügt über Dusche/Wc, Balkon, Sat-TV und kleine Küche. Ortskern, Freibad, Tennisplatz, Heiltherme und natürlich einige Buschenschenken sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Autobahnanschluss ca. 2 km. Nichtraucher
